In regards to opening a consultation desk for Ukrainian refugees and setting up a donation box

In order to prepare to support refugees in the city, a "Consultation Desk for Ukrainian Refugees, etc." has been established at the Human Rights and Inclusion Promotion Division in the City Hall. In collaboration with the "Sanda City International Plaza" (a centralized consultation desk for supporting foreign residents in the city) a system has also been established to handle consultations on weekends and holidays.

In addition, donation boxes have been set up at Sanda City Hall and other locations to accept donations from citizens to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

Overview

• The consultation desk staff will work together with related departments within the agency as well as other organizations to respond to consultations regarding daily life, housing, education, etc. from Ukrainian refugees, etc.
• For consultations in Ukrainian, Russian or other languages machine translation via tablet will be used.
• Free interpretation and translation services will be provided to those needing assistance with procedures at city hall, etc.

Collection of Donations

Donation boxes have been set up to help with humanitarian aid and rebuilding efforts in Ukraine. Any donations collected will be donated through the Japanese Red Cross Society.

关于乌克兰难民等的咨询窗口的开设和募捐箱的设置

本市为支援难民做准备,在市政府人权共生推进科开设了「乌克兰难民等的咨询窗口」,与作为三田市支援外国人的一元化咨询窗口的「三田市国际交流Plaza」携同合作,制定了周六周日等节假日也能相应对应的体制。
另外,为了对乌克兰进行人道支援,三田市政府设置了募捐箱,接受市民的募捐。

概要

• 针对来自乌克兰难民等的生活,住宅,教育等的各种咨询内容,会连同市政厅内相关部门或相关机关协作对应。
• 对于咨询时的乌克兰语,俄语,将用平板电脑翻译机等进行对应。
• 若在市政等办理手续等需要翻译时,可免费安排翻译等

募捐的受理

为了有效的进行人道支援,复兴支援而设置了募捐箱。募集到的捐款将通过日本红十字会捐赠。

우크라이나 피난민 등의 상담 창구의 개설 및 모금함의 설치에 대해서

산다시의 피난민 분들의 지원에 대비해 시청 인권 공생 추진과에 「우크라이나 피난민등의 상담 창구」를 개설하고 시의 외국인 지원의 일원적 상담 창구인 「산다시 국제 교류 플라자」 와 연계해서 토,일 등 휴일에도 대응할 수 있는 체제로 했습니다.

또 우크라이나에 인도적 지원을 위해 산다 시청 등에 모금함을 설치해 시민 여러분들의 모금을 접수하고 있습니다.

 개요

• 우크라이나 피난민 등의 생활, 주택, 교육 등 각종 상담 내용에 따라 청내 관계 부서나 관계 기관과 연계해서 대응.
• 상담에 있어서 우크라이나어, 러시아어 등은  태블릿 번역기 등을 사용해서 대응.
• 시의 수속 등의 관계로 인한 통역, 번역이 필요한 경우에는 무료로 통역 등을 수배.

모금 접수

인도적 지원 · 부흥 지원에 도움이 되도록 모금함을 설치했습니다. 기부된 모금은 일본적십자사를 통해 기부합니다.
