General Welfare and Health Center (Sogo Fukushi Hoken Center) is a comprehensive facility established with an objective to realize an energetic lifelong welfare community. It promotes local welfare activities as well as practices health-promotion activities and welfare activities for elderly people.

Hours	9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Counter: Open 9:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. (except for closed days)
Closed	Year-end through New Year holidays (December 29 - January 3) (The center may be closed at other times without notice.)
Reservation	When a registered group plans to use the facility for the improvement of public health and welfare, please make a reservation through Public Facility Reservation System (Sandashi Kokyo Shisetsu Annai Yoyaku System) or at the counter. Reservations can be made 3 months (on the first day of the month) prior to the day of use (and no later than 3 days before). When a non-registered group plans to use the facility for the improvement of public health and welfare, please make a reservation at the counter. Reservations can be made 2 months (on the first day of the month) prior to the day of use (and no later than 3 days before). Note) For Multipurpose Hall, reservations can be made 6 months prior to the day of use (and no later than 3 days before). Counter: Open 9:00 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. (except for closed days)
