Gaikokujin Toroku
Alien registration (registration for foreign residents; Gaikokujin Toroku) is very important as it serves as confirmation of your identity, your address, and your personal status. Every foreign resident is required to apply for Alien Registration. Other applications not described below regarding alien registration are applications for an exchange, a reissue, registration confirmation (renewal), etc. For matters regarding birth, marriage, and death, family registration must also be made.

- Abovementioned applications cannot be submitted at Civic Centers (Flower Town, Woody Town, Hirono, Ai), Takahira Furusato Cultural Exchange Center (Takahira Furusato Koryu Center), Arimafuji Coexistence Center(Arimafuji Kyosei Center), Sanda Public Community Center (Machizukuri Kyodo Center), or Village of Friendship and Creation (Fureai to Sozo no Sato).
