- Abovementioned notifications cannot be submitted at Civic Centers (Flower Town, Woody Town, Hirono, Ai), Takahira Furusato Cultural Exchange Center (Takahira Furusato Koryu Center), Arimafuji Coexistence Center（Arimafuji Kyosei Center）Sanda Public Community Center (Machizukuri Kyodo Center), or Village of Friendship and Creation (Fureai to Sozo no Sato).
- Family register notification not included in the above table are acknowledgment, divorce, adoption of a child, dissolution of adoption, etc.
- When a notification of marriage, divorce, adoption of a child, or dissolution of adoption is made, a certificate issued by a public agency that certifies the identity of the person who makes a notification, such as driver’s license or passport, is needed.
- Family register notification is accepted at out-of-office hours and on holidays at the city hall night duty room (shukuchokushitsu).
